Wax Digital is a marketing consultancy operated by Tom Heath. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website.
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type and the message you send.
We also use analytics to understand how visitors use the site. See Cookies and analytics below.
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry and to send you a confirmation that we received it. We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell your details.
This site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies. If you visit from the EU or EEA, nothing is set until you accept via the consent banner, and declining does not affect how the site works.
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form handling service. Your submission is transmitted through their infrastructure before being delivered to us. Web3Forms' own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.
We also use Klaviyo to store your enquiry details and send the confirmation email, and Google Analytics for site usage data. These providers are based in the United States.
We retain enquiry emails and Klaviyo records for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential engagement. If no engagement follows, they are deleted within 12 months.
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email tom@wax-digital.co. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
